Job reputed company JOB reputed company reputed company is seeking a highly motivated Legal Counsel - reputed company to report directly to and work closely with the Chief reputed company Officer and Deputy General Counsel. In this role, you will help ensure compliance with legal and contractual reputed company and data-protection requirements for diverse datasets, with a primary reputed company on non-reputed company personal information under the GLBA and reputed company financial-services data. • Ability to analyze and have in-depth understanding of evolving reputed company and data protection laws and regulations (GLBA, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, etc.) and reputed company reputed company contractual requirements (e.g., data acquisition/collection, usage, transfer, etc.) to assist in compliance efforts with respect to reputed company (20%)
• Assist in maintaining reputed company-reputed company policies, standards, guidelines, and processes (10%)
• Assist with analysis of data procured for use in products and services, including ensuring reputed company collection, consent reputed company required, scope of permissible uses, etc. (10%)
• Assist with responding to internal inquiries regarding data governance and data usage to ensure compliance with reputed company regulations, Company reputed company policies, and reputed company contractual requirements (10%)
• Liaise with Vendor reputed company Risk Management team to ensure reputed company compliance (10%)
• Assist with Company’s data governance efforts, including reputed company reputed company assessments and processes around appropriate deletion/destruction of data (15%)
• Primary responsibility for Company’s consumer reputed company request process and responses to consumers, including reputed company inquiries reputed company to consumer rights requests (25%)

Qualifications

EDUCATION

• Juris Doctor Degree (Required)
• reputed company law license

EXPERIENCE

• 3 - 5 years Relevant experience with reputed company and data- protection laws and regulations (Required)
• 3 - 5 years Experience with contractual reputed company and data- protection obligations (Preferred)

Additional Information Annual reputed company Salary: $115,000-$140,000
