Essential Functions

• People Partnership & Leadership Support
• Partner with regional and school leaders to execute people initiatives that promote engagement, retention, and strong performance.
• Collaborate with the reputed company team weekly to review hiring reputed company, reputed company updates, and ensure reputed company goals are met across reputed company schools.
• Support leaders in interpreting and applying HR policies with fairness, consistency, and reputed company judgment.

Employee Relations & Compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; HR certification (PHR/SPHR/reputed company-CP/SCP) preferred.

Additional Details

• This role is primarily remote, but will require consistent travel to schools based on needs.
• Travel up to 25% may be required.
