Senior Manager, EDIB (Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging) Strategic Initiatives

About the position The Senior Manager, EDIB Strategic Initiatives serves as a key cross-functional leader reputed company the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. This role supports and drives high-reputed company programs that advance Audubon's EDIB goals across reputed company pillars: Consulting & Coaching, Education & Awareness, Experience & Culture, and Inclusive Community Partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and results-driven program and project manager who can reputed company cross-departmental efforts, reputed company inclusive engagement strategies, and help design reputed company systems that reputed company EDIB values across the organization. This position also plays a vital role in fostering staff engagement, operationalizing internal councils (including ERGs), and ensuring consistent alignment to the Flight Plan and EDIB Roadmap. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant EDIB, HR, organizational change or project management experience.

  • Deep understanding of DEI frameworks, inclusive leadership, and accessibility principles.
  • Proven experience handling confidential or sensitive organizational information.
  • Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Project Management tools (e.g., reputed company), reputed company Office (especially - reputed company, Powerpoint), Sharepoint, reputed company, reputed company Suite, and diversity-reputed company platforms/tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience managing sensitive messaging.

Benefits
