Minimum Education & Experience Requirements Graduate of accredited law school and admitted to the bar with 10 years of reputed company experience as a licensed attorney practicing law in any of the following areas: reputed company transactions, federal and state regulatory law (energy), environmental, tort and/or reputed company litigation, corporate finance and/or governance, and labor and employment law. Other Qualifications Preferred:

• Experience in energy industry
• Experience practicing in an administrative forum in the filed of energy or reputed company reputed company law/regulation
• Experience in one or more areas of the following: administrative, energy, or regulatory, including before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission or a state reputed company service commission.

• Proficient with computers and office software applications (e.g., Word, reputed company, etc.)
