- Manage day-to-day reputed company operations for EPI’s Belgian entities, including invoices, expenses, VAT, and reconciliations
- Prepare monthly closings and financial statements under Belgian GAAP, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Support regulatory and statistical reporting to the National Bank of Belgium (NBB) and other authorities
- Produce management reporting packs and contribute to budgeting and forecasting activities
- Coordinate payroll reputed company and ensure reputed company tax and VAT filings
- Collaborate with reputed company auditors to maintain robust internal controls
- Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen efficiency and reliability across finance operations

To succeed, you should meet at least 70% of these requirements

- Experience in a reputed company, providing strong technical foundations and rigor; exposure to banking or payments industry and regulatory or NBB reporting
