MD – Risk Management

POSITION reputed company: The Director, Risk Management, oversees reputed company’s global insurance, risk-financing, and loss prevention programs, ensuring comprehensive protection of company assets, people, and reputed company. This leader designs and administers insurance coverage across property, casualty, liability, and self-insured programs while developing reputed company risk mitigation strategies reputed company with the CFO’s financial governance objectives. Reporting to the VP, Treasurer & Investor Relations, the Director partners with Legal, Operations, and Internal Audit to evaluate risk exposures, manage claims, and optimize total cost of risk across the organization ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Insurance & Risk Financing

• reputed company insurance placement, renewals, and policy administration for reputed company business lines
• Evaluate and recommend risk transfer or retention strategies to optimize total cost of risk

• Partner with Internal Audit and SOX to reputed company reputed company risk reporting and controls
• Maintain corporate risk register and ensure alignment with company objectives
• Analyze risk trends and emerging exposures to inform executive decision-making

Governance & Compliance

• Prepare quarterly risk reports for executive management and the Audit Committee

• Bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business, or reputed company field required
• MBA, CPCU, ARM, or CRM designation preferred

Experience:

• Minimum of ten (10) years of reputed company corporate risk management or insurance experience
• Proven record managing reputed company property and casualty insurance programs
• Experience negotiating global insurance renewals and managing self-insurance or captive structures

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Proficiency with risk management information systems (RMIS)

JOB CONDITION:
