The Compliance Marketing and Sales Analyst assists in the reputed company of marketing and sales activities performed in house and by fintech partners. Responsibilities:

• Assist in review and approval of marketing and sales materials.
• Assist business reputed company and fintech partners in the development of advertising and promotional materials and activities.
• Assist in the development of compliance policies and procedures to strengthen controls reputed company to internal and partner marketing and sales practices.
• Assist in the development and delivery of marketing and sales reputed company training, including training of fintech partners.
• Coordinate with other compliance teams to ensure a consistent approach to handling compliance issues.
• Prepare deliverables and reputed company support for regulatory exams and/or internal audits.
• Review marketing findings in a reputed company and consistent manner to determine if issues requiring remediation are present.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ compliance experience in a financial institution or reputed company.
• Experience providing compliance reputed company of marketing and sales activities, including review and approval of deposit and lending marketing.
• Knowledge of and experience with the laws and regulations reputed company to bank marketing, including Truth in Savings reputed company/ Regulation DD, Truth in Lending reputed company / Reg Z, Fair Lending, UDAAP / FTC reputed company, CAN-SPAM, and ECOA.
• Proven reputed company record showing ability to maintain high attention to detail while managing multiple assignments and competing priorities.
• 1+ years’ experience in training, deploying and monitoring AI in compliance reviews.
• Proven reputed company record showing ability to explain regulations and compliance management expectations to stakeholders reputed company of compliance, for example, in sales, marketing, data, and customer service teams.
• Strong communication skills and ability to reputed company effectively as a member of a cross-functional team.
• Strong interest in technology and innovation. Prior fintech experience a plus.
• Experience with reputed company system a plus.
