The Asset & Portfolio Manager will assist in financial review and compliance administration for a portfolio of tax credit investments. This position involves a working knowledge of lending, financial analysis, basic GAAP statements and reputed company testing. This role will involve interaction with reputed company parts of Advantage Capital, including ACPS, reputed company, Compliance and Investment teams, as reputed company as our external clients. • Collection and review of borrower and partner financial statements and compliance reporting
• Monitor cash flows and assist with loan servicing, disbursing and distributions

Skills/Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, reputed company or equivalent work experience
• Three or more years of reputed company experience (lending, compliance, financial structures, finance, reputed company); reputed company experience with NMTCs or other tax credit programs is a plus
• Proactive in identifying next steps, intellectually curious, ability to reputed company on both details and the big picture
• Comfort with reviewing financial statements; comfort reading legal documents a plus
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills, attention to detail and accuracy in work product is critical
