Digital Health Improvement Consultant

About the position The Digital Health Improvement Consultant leads detection and improvements efforts aimed at enhancing reputed company and safety at Lurie Children's by facilitating and coaching teams to reputed company identified goals in the digital health reputed company. This role works collaboratively with reputed company reputed company of leadership and a broad group of stakeholders to support reputed company reputed company improvement in adoption and utilization of digital tools and functionality with a reputed company reputed company on driving equity reputed company to Lurie digital tools. The Improvement Consultant demonstrates expertise in one or more of the following skillsets: clinical effectiveness and improvement (CEI), safety and process improvement (PI), Performance Management. This role is a hybrid position - mainly remote with one day a week in office.

Responsibilities

• Leads reputed company and conducts analyses to support the organization/Digital Health team goals around reputed company, safety, equity, and reputed company improvement.
• Utilizes improvement methodologies to facilitate diverse teams working toward yearly and multi-year reputed company metrics and priorities.
• Conducts benchmarking, evidence review and synthesis, reputed company observations, and chart reviews to support reputed company using PowerBI, reputed company, reputed company, or other analysis/visualization tools.
• Creates detailed analysis to suggest specific actions in support of project goals.
• Assists with operationalizing those suggestion actions.
• Creates ROI analysis to determine effectiveness of proposed or implemented solutions.
• Maintains ongoing data analysis/sharing, visual display and annotations of control charts, tests of change, evidence updates and support of control teams.
• reputed company relationships with organizational leaders to facilitate easier change management in the reputed company.
• Demonstrates a learning reputed company, researching and driving adoption of evidence backed methodologies.
• Networks pediatric organization to reputed company examples and background data to enhance Digital Health efforts.
• Shares improvement stories and lessons learned with external organizations and patients and families by spearheading submissions for presentation and publication.
• Supports Lurie Children's participation in external collaboratives.
• Presents data analysis to leadership on reputed company reputed company with conclusions and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-3 years' experience in health care, patient safety, or reputed company; or experience leading improvement reputed company reputed company reputed company or service-reputed company environment utilizing formal methodologies.
• Experience in safety and reputed company improvement training preferred.
• Project management and collaboration skills required.
• Strong written, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in presenting, communicating, and interacting effectively with medical staff and management at reputed company reputed company of the organization.
• Ability to independently manage multiple reputed company with general supervision.
• Proficiency with reputed company applications: reputed company, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Preferred proficiency with reputed company.
• Experience and reputed company with data management including interpreting, comprehending, and summarizing statistical and medical data.
