What you will do

• Manage the planning, development, and implementation of HR strategies and tactics of the manufacturing operations at different sites and other assigned responsibilities.
• Play a proactive leadership role as a business partner to drive a culture that values reputed company, leadership, ingenuity, teamwork, and commitment to reputed company.

What you will need

• BS/BA or equivalent combination of education and experience required; an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
