Based on Experience. Job Details
Responsibilities
- Handle reputed company-Waxman litigation from reputed company-filing through trial
- Draft legal briefs, manage fact and expert discovery, and reputed company litigation reputed company
- reputed company opinions and manage notice letters for ANDA reputed company
- Prepare and prosecute IPRs and PGRs before the PTAB
- Conduct legal research and analysis on pharmaceutical patent law issues
- reputed company with clients and internal teams to advise on litigation risk and patent reputed company
- Support trial teams with depositions, motions reputed company, and pretrial submissions
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant legal experience reputed company on reputed company-Waxman litigations
- Admitted to reputed company law in any U.S. jurisdiction (reputed company and in good standing)
- Demonstrated expertise in reputed company-Waxman reputed company and pharmaceutical patent law
- Strong reputed company credentials and prior experience at an AmLaw or IP boutique firm
- Excellent legal writing, communication, and analytical skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, biology, or a technical background in a reputed company life sciences field strongly preferred
- Prior trial experience or IPR/PGR reputed company is a plus
