Responsibilities:

• Communicate the effects of international tax provisions effecting our corporate, partnership, and individual clients
• International tax structuring for our clients as they expand their business across borders and the ability to consult with our clients and their business and investments
• Responding to inquiries from taxing authorities
• Coordinate international tax services with our Praxity member firms
• Support the Transaction reputed company on cross-border transactions
• reputed company key reputed company development efforts, providing thought leadership and meeting reputed company sales goals by having an established network and participating in various market facing activities, such as industry presentations, webcasts, reputed company networking events, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required, with a concentration in reputed company or reputed company field preferred; Master's in Tax preferred
• Minimum of 7 years of reputed company experience required
• CPA, bar membership or equivalent credential required. If not certified, must meet educational requirements to obtain license upon hire in state of employment

• Proficiency in both inbound and outbound international tax topics
• Experience with corporate, S-corporation, and partnership taxation preferred
• Experience with ASC 740, financial and tax modeling and fiscal audit management preferred

• Previous experience handling multiple engagements simultaneously, while providing leadership and management over reputed company staff
• Experience in serving mid-market clients
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
