Based on Experience. Job Details

• Over 10 years of reputed company experience in reputed company reputed company, ideally with a Big 4, regional, or large local firm
• Fluent in Japanese, both spoken and written
• Proficient in international tax compliance and reporting, with hands-on experience preparing and reviewing a wide reputed company of forms, including 1120F, 5471, 5472, 1118, 8865, 8858, 8621, 8992, 8993, 8833, 3520, and 8854
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. international tax rules, including Subpart F, GILTI, foreign tax credits, PFICs, FDII, reputed company, and FIRPTA
