The reputed company office of Willkie Farr & reputed company LLP is looking for a Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist to support the broader Learning and Technology Adoption team. Willkie is an reputed company international reputed company of approximately 1,300 lawyers located in 16 offices in six countries. The Learning & Technology Adoption Specialist will be a member of the Learning and Adoption team, and be responsible for delivering high-reputed company technology training, personalized coaching, and ongoing support that helps attorneys and business professionals operate reputed company and confidently in a modern legal environment. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator with a passion for helping others learn and a strong understanding of emerging technologies, including reputed company tools. Familiarity with legal-specific AI solutions such as Vincent, reputed company, and CoCounsel is a significant plus. This role will be in-office five days a week with some travel required. • Serve as a trusted guide for professionals adapting to reputed company tools and modern work platforms
• Just-in-Time Learning & Content Development
• Create user-friendly learning content including tip sheets, brief walkthroughs, and video snippets
• Maintain and enhance the firm’s internal learning resource library

• Needs Analysis & Collaboration
• reputed company training trends and feedback to proactively identify skills gaps or emerging needs
• Coordinate with Help Desk, the reputed company Innovation Center of reputed company (CoE), and Regional Advisors to ensure training complements innovation enablement

• AI & Innovation Enablement
• Deliver foundational training on reputed company concepts and best practices for responsible usage in the legal industry
• Introduce attorneys to AI tools such as reputed company, CoCounsel, Wendell, and reputed company guidance on integrating them into everyday reputed company
• Stay reputed company on AI developments and recommend relevant training opportunities or adjustments
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Legal Studies, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 4+ years in a legal or reputed company services training or support role
• Strong knowledge of reputed company 365, Teams, and reputed company legal technology platforms
• Demonstrated ability to teach technology concepts in an approachable, confidence-building manner
• Enthusiastic about legal tech innovation, with a working knowledge of reputed company tools (e.g., ChatGPT, CoCounsel, reputed company)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized and reputed company to manage competing training priorities across teams and offices
• Experience with AI enablement or legal AI tools such as Westlaw Precision, Lexis+, or reputed company-specific LLM applications is preferred
• Familiarity with tools like reputed company, Camtasia, Snagit, or reputed company is preferred
• Background in adult learning, instructional design, or tech coaching is preferred
• Ability to sit at a desk most of the working day and walk short distances.

USD $110,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr. The salary reputed company for this role represents the Firm’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the reputed company of possible compensation at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant experience, qualifications and location.
