Job Details Responsibilities:

• Defend reputed company providers in medical malpractice and long term care defense cases
• Manage a high volume of cases from inception to reputed company
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents
• Attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate with clients and opposing counsel
• reputed company legal advice and guidance to clients
• Collaborate with other attorneys and staff members

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school
• Admitted to reputed company law in the state of residence
• 2+ years of experience in medical malpractice defense and long term care defense
• Strong litigation and trial experience
• Ability to handle a high volume of cases
• Excellent critical reasoning and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Proficiency in legal research and writing
