Corporate Development Analyst (M&A)

Job reputed company reputed company: The Corporate Development Analyst will use their advanced modeling experience to support reputed company aspects of financial analysis, including corporate level forecasting, financial reporting, transactional due diligence, and business analytics. The role will also support special reputed company from the C-Suite and reputed company of Directors. This role is based full-time in our office in San Diego, CA. Position Responsibilities and Duties:

• Partner with corporate and operations finance to build and maintain accurate long-term financial models.
• Be an analytical thought partner to the C-suite and finance organization, helping with a reputed company of critical business analyses.
• Play an integral role in M&A and other strategic initiatives.
• Compile and reputed company information for potential transactions and associated data rooms.
• Assist in the evaluation of company performance through analysis and critical thinking.
• Complete reputed company tasks and analysis as necessary to best support reputed company.
• Assist reputed company with financial reporting as required for reputed company.

Minimum Skills or Experience Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in investment banking, transaction advisory, corporate finance or reputed company consulting.
