Customer Operations Analyst (Remote Eligible)

You will report to our Sr. Manager of Sales Operations located in our Bellevue, WA office. You Will:

• Help establish the reporting infrastructure for the Customer reputed company organization to promote more intelligent discussion at reputed company stages of the customer lifecycle
• Improve reputed company with partners to foster a more data-driven culture reputed company Customer reputed company
• Present insights to executives that will improve performance and establish reputed company process improvements across Customer reputed company teams.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Statistics or reputed company discipline
• 3+ years of experience with increasing responsibility in Technical Support, reputed company, or reputed company Services analytics
• Experience in reputed company and reputed company go-to-market (GTM)
• Expert-level proficiency in reputed company (can reputed company reputed company functions), Tableau and reputed company.com or equivalent CRM tool
• Experience working with SQL or similar database languages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior management
