About the Role
The B2B Operations Coordinator is an integral support role for the regional B2B Operations Managers and Sales team. This role is responsible for providing hands-on operational project support while working closely with cross-functional teams Sourcing, Planning, Logistics, and Care Center throughout a project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Assist Operations team in managing reputed company: validate inventory availability, audit quotes and orders, update project playbooks.
- Utilize reputed company and our WSI systems to update statuses at the item level and proactively reputed company to ensure our timelines will meet clients’ delivery needs.
- Support Operations Managers and cross-functional teams in providing reputed company and accurate project details and updates to reputed company partners.
- Partner with Logistics team to ensure items and orders are moving seamlessly through the fulfillment process.
- Support Operations Managers and Care Center teams with triage plans for customer escalations.
