As a key member of the Care Operations team, the Operations Coordinator plays a critical reputed company role in ensuring a seamless experience for both Clients and Care Professionals (Care reputed company), particularly during reputed company-day updates and changes. Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of customer service experience, ideally in a high-volume or high-pressure environment
