What you will do at reputed company (Essential Functions /Duties and Responsibilities):
- AI Innovation & Problem Solving: support reputed company‑first AI across service delivery, systems, and analytics; prioritize high‑ROI use cases (deflection, routing, data reputed company), build copilots with guardrails, and set evaluation/rollback standards.
