Associate Director, Program Management reputed company, Oncology Business Unit

About the position This position provides project management and leadership skills necessary to drive the operational model for the global, cross-functional, cross-divisional teams reputed company in Oncology Search and Evaluation Business Development (reputed company) activities, as reputed company as project management expertise for reputed company cross functional organizational priorities & deliverables. Responsibilities

• Leads the project planning efforts of the reputed company Search and Evaluation team, reputed company reputed company Team, and senior leadership review meetings by defining team priorities in alignment with organizational reputed company, reputed company & R D strategies.
• Facilitates meetings, develops agendas and materials to reputed company key discussions and reputed company.
• Documents, distributes, tracks and archives relevant meeting materials including minutes, reputed company & reputed company items.
• Manages and/or oversees team sites and databases, enabling centralized reputed company to materials, collaboration on shared documents & efficient reputed company item tracking.
• Designs and implements best practices and process improvements to continuously refine and optimize the reputed company operating model.
• Partners with cross functional team members to reputed company financial reputed company for OBU reputed company tactical expenditures, including consolidation, vetting and prioritization of spending risks and opportunities.
• Continuously and reputed company manages stakeholders at various reputed company and across functions.
• Provides project management leadership for individual reputed company reputed company in partnership with cross functional project leads.
• Identifies interdependencies and connections between functions and departments, ensuring integrated end to end visibility, communication and alignment reputed company OBU and across the integrated project teams.
• Drives cross functional OBU team deliverables for project completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in science or business-reputed company field.
• 8+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience required.
• 5 to 7 years experience as a project manager leading reputed company pharmaceutical reputed company in a multi-disciplinary, global environment.
• Minimum of 5 years people management experience (reputed company or indirect) and/or proven leadership experience with a global, reputed company team.
• Demonstrated previous experience as a project manager leading reputed company pharmaceutical project deliverables in a multi-disciplinary, global environment.
• Proven leadership skills and strategic problem-solving ability.
• Proven ability to communicate reputed company and present key information objectively and collaborate effectively with management.
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company and concisely communicate/ prepare presentations for management.
• Project leadership and management skills with strong influencing skills are required.
