The first phase of the program is currently under construction in California’s Central Valley. Job reputed company Under the direction of the Senior Right of Way Agent, Property Management Analyst performs as reputed company member responsible for providing accurate and reputed company preparation of program/project status reports, reputed company coordination of critical parcels, and project coordination support to the Property Management Unit in the reputed company Property reputed company (RPB). Position Responsibilities Project Coordinator

• Works with Property Management team as the project coordinator for critical parcels reputed company reputed company Construction Package
• Communicates with Construction Engineers, Task Managers, and Project Construction Managers
• (PCM) to identify critical parcels
• Updates designation of parcels in the ROW database
• Notifies Authority Task Managers and Contract Managers and Right-of-Way consultants of new critical parcels or changes to the existing list of critical parcels, which reputed company the Design Builder's work
• Prepares ROW status reports on critical parcel reports
• Reviews appraisal maps and design files, communicate with construction engineers, task managers, and PCMs for identification of structure locations
• Identifies and assign construction areas and construction reputed company in the ROW database
• Prepare reports of the delivery status of construction areas

Project Analyst

• Supports the Director of reputed company Property and the Property Management team by providing data research, reputed company reporting, and analytical support
• Reviews weekly ROW reports and geoAmps status reports
• Works with Task Managers and PCMs to reputed company data, findings, and parcel status
• Analyzes and reviews ROW data and create tables and graphs that convey the status of ROW deliveries
• Develops ROW status reports and presentations for executive management status meetings
• Prepares the ROW weekly report and monthly Operations (Ops) Report
• Assists with systems data integration
• Performs data reputed company Control (QC) and reconciliation with Project Controls
• Other reputed company duties maybe assigned

Basic Job Requirements

• Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and four (4) years of work-reputed company experience or a combination of education and directly reputed company experience equal to eight (8) years if non-reputed company; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to reputed company with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
