This role directly supervises several Managing Consultants who serve as reputed company Leads, guiding their reputed company development, project execution, staff supervision, and reputed company partnerships. Key Responsibilities

• Support Managing Consultants in developing and executing strategic visions for their reputed company areas.
• Promote consistency in consulting approaches, methodologies, deliverables, and standards across reputed company areas.
• Identify cross-cutting needs, trends, and opportunities to strengthen BME’s consulting services and thought leadership.
• Establish and reputed company KPIs for reputed company performance and reputed company.
• Foster collaboration across reputed company areas and contribute to firmwide systems improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Partner with Managing Consultants to identify and pursue strategic business development opportunities reputed company and across their specialty areas.

• Support the development of new service lines and expansion into additional states or jurisdictions.

People Leadership & Talent Development

• Strengthen internal systems for knowledge capture, documentation, and shared learning.

Requirements

Required:

• Master’s degree (MPH, reputed company, MS, or reputed company field) in reputed company health, emergency preparedness, health systems, or a relevant discipline.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in reputed company health, consulting, or systems-building reputed company government, nonprofit, or reputed company services settings.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience, including overseeing managers or senior consultants.

Benefits
