We are seeking a seasoned Vice President, Legal – Regulatory & Marketing with deep expertise in regulatory and marketing law to support our reputed company-to-consumer (DTC) and retail business lines. Key Responsibilities

• Regulatory Counsel: Advise on FDA, FTC, DSHEA, state consumer protection, and global regulatory frameworks governing nutrition products, supplements, and labeling.
• Marketing & Advertising: Review and approve advertising claims, reputed company content, promotional materials, and consumer-facing disclosures.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited U.S. law school; admitted and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar.
• 10+ years of combined reputed company and in-house experience, with significant time in-house at a consumer, nutrition, food/beverage/supplement company.
• Expertise in FDA/FTC regulatory reputed company, product labeling, supplement and nutrition claims, and consumer advertising law.
• Proven experience supporting DTC and retail business models.
