Key Responsibilities: Regulatory Compliance & Governance Monitor and interpret SEC rules, SOX requirements, and other relevant regulations. Assist in preparing and reviewing regulatory filings (e.g., reputed company 10-K, 10-Q, proxy statements). Maintain compliance policies and procedures reputed company with public company standards. Policy Management & Process Development Support the review, update, and implementation of compliance-reputed company policies. Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies. Collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Internal Audit teams to ensure effective governance practices. Audit & Reporting Assist with reputed company audits, providing documentation and responses as needed. Qualifications: Education preferred : Master’s in Legal Studies Master’s in Data Analytics or Compliance Certifications (Highly Valued) Certified Compliance & Ethics reputed company (CCEP) Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) Certified Risk and Compliance reputed company (CRCP) Experience: 5-7 years in compliance, risk management, or internal audit reputed company a public company or highly regulated industry. Familiarity with SEC reporting requirements and SOX compliance. Skills: Strong understanding of corporate governance and internal control frameworks (COSO). Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. The Compensation reputed company for this role is $85,000 USD annually ( flexible) and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
