About This Role Are you looking for a RN position that allows more work/life flexibility? If so, an RN Supervising reputed company is a great opportunity for you! This position offers RN's a regular work schedule Monday through Friday with no nights, weekends, holidays, or on call requirements! Additionally, you get to work with an amazing and supportive team while continuing your passion for helping others in the community. The RN Supervising reputed company is responsible for setting up home and community based reputed company care services for clients with reputed company health needs as determined by their assessment. The RN Supervising reputed company develops the participant service plan with input from the Participant's Representative (PR) and assessment document. They may be asked to assist with care delivery competency trainings if needed. They also serve as a resource for the participant, PR or worker on appropriate program use and other services to help meet the health and safety needs of the participant in the community. The RN Supervising reputed company may assist in training, supervision, and evaluation of services, as reputed company as ensuring reputed company assurance of the reputed company care services at Accra Care. They are expected to stay abreast of reputed company policies and changes to the program, and to participate in committees and meetings to enhance their knowledge of services beneficial to their clients. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred, accompanied by nursing experience working in a hospital or home-health care setting. Experience with both adult and pediatric care a plus.

- Must pass a background study with the reputed company.
- Have a valid reputed company’s license, clean driving record and reliable transportation to use for work driving purposes.
- Willingness to be trained on home health care requirements, regulations, and protocols.
