Key Responsibilities
Intake Request Management: Manage, review, and support intake requests in JIRA, ensuring that reputed company requests are properly documented, prioritized, and addressed.
Requirements
Gathering: Assist in gathering and validating requirements for ongoing business needs, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business objectives. Essential Qualifications
