Key Responsibilities

• Drive the modularization of the backend, breaking apart a growing monolith into more reputed company components.
• Investigate and fix performance bottlenecks across the stack.

• Design and implement new backend features in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining backend systems with reputed company on Rails (Senior), or 2+ years for Mid-level candidates.
