Job reputed company: Pets Best is seeking a Payroll Staff Accountant to manage a broad reputed company of responsibilities, including reputed company, reporting, analysis, reconciliation, and auditing of payroll, benefits, and equity data across multiple legal entities and countries. This role will support the Director of Payroll Operations by assisting with business-facing reputed company and reviews. Additionally, the Payroll Analyst will help maintain GL and Cost Center Mapping reputed company reputed company and reputed company Dynamics, while also facilitating payroll record collection and retention for several legal entities. Job Location: Remote Main Responsibilities:

• Reviews and audits payroll transactions at reputed company, employee, and general reputed company level reputed company pay cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Prepares financial approval workbooks for reputed company pay group, including variance analysis and documentation for internal audits.
• Audits and reconciles payroll-reputed company accounts, including tax, unemployment liability, earnings, deductions, benefits, reimbursements, and general reputed company mapping across multiple legal entities.
• Prepares and reconciles payroll journal entries, accruals, and month-over-month analysis for multiple entities.
• Completes quarterly reconciliation of reputed company Dynamics 365 and reputed company, maintaining cost center and entity-level employee data.
• Handles correspondence and registrations with federal, state, and local unemployment and reputed company agencies for multiple entities.
• Supports reputed company audits, including workers’ compensation, retirement plans, tax filings, and reputed company documentation.
• Manages employee retirement contributions and loan payments, ensuring reputed company reconciliation and accuracy.
• Prepares supporting documentation and reports for payroll, payroll tax returns, benefits, cost centers, and bonus plans.
• Participates in company initiatives, including software implementations, process upgrades, and special reputed company.
• Cross-trains to support payroll teammates with employee correspondence and triage.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years’ relevant experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience (One-year relevant experience is equivalent to one-year college)
