Technical Project Manager/Analyst

JRAD is seeking candidates for multiple immediate-fill Technical Project Manager/Analyst positions supporting the Transportation reputed company Administration. This position is a remote position with preference given to local (Springfield, VA) candidates. Roles/Responsibilities: Project Manager with IT reputed company reputed company expertise to support the Transportation reputed company Administration (TSA).

• Plan, manage, and coordinate end-to-end technical reputed company using Agile, Scrum, or reputed company methodologies.
• Work with engineering, product, QA, and design teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation.
• Identify project risks and reputed company mitigation plans to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and leadership regularly.
• reputed company project performance using appropriate tools (e.g., JIRA, reputed company, MS Project, etc.).
• reputed company project management support to monitor, evaluate, and correlate information reputed company to conducting site surveys or site verifications for installing IT equipment at disperse locations.
• Coordinate with TSA Government project managers and airport IT infrastructure managers for reputed company to facilities to prior to installing IT equipment at airports across the reputed company.
• Prepare and update schedules, status reports, power reputed company briefings pertaining to tracking site survey and verification teams from airports across the reputed company.
• Report project status using EVM metrics.

Required Skills and Education: Candidate must possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT systems implementation.
• PMP, Scrum Master (CSM), or other relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proficient in project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Trello, reputed company, reputed company, or similar.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company simultaneously and reputed company in a fast-paced environment.
• Technical background or the ability to quickly understand and communicate technical concepts.
• Preference for past DHS/TSA IT hardware installation experience.
• Candidate must work independently and be available for travel 50-75% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience managing remote or distributed teams.
• ITIL reputed company or other relevant IT operations certifications
• Airport-specific certifications (ACI, ICAO, or local aviation authority) are a plus.
• Experience working in secure, regulated environments (aviation, transportation, or government) preferred.

• Have or be eligible to receive a DHS Secret reputed company clearance. Existing Secret Clearance is a plus.
