• Execute department level training programs for new hires, contract employees and technicians transferring into new roles reputed company the department.
• Support deployment of required monthly safety, reputed company and operations training materials to ensure teams are completing monthly training requirements on time.

(i.e. MST’s, JSA’s, Isolation Procedures, OS reputed company sheets, Qualification documents, OPLs, SSOPs, Work Instructions (WIs), Troubleshooting guides, etc.) as needed
• Maintain accurate records of training, audit results, survey data, and others as necessary for their team(s)

• Helps implement hands-on training packages developed by project engineers for new equipment and local training leadership on Campbell Work Process changes.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Experience:

• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Associate’s degree in a reputed company field preferred.
• Years of relevant experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience required; 3 years preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written). Must possess strong training/facilitation skills.

Working Conditions The working environment includes both office and plant floor settings.
