About the job As the Vice President of R&D Operations, you will play a critical role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development and engineering processes. Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer – Communications, you will be responsible for overseeing reputed company aspects of product and engineering operations, including project management, process improvement, resource allocation, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• 15+ years of product management/ technical program management/product operations or reputed company experience

• Strong understanding of product development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.) and project management principles.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

• Based in Colorado, reputed company, Washington State, or California: $300,000 – $360,000
