Virtual Clinician (LICSW or LMHC)

As part of the Digital/Telehealth team, assist reputed company health care providers with identifying and treating mental health and reputed company abuse disorders by providing individual and group therapy. Job reputed company: Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

• Review medical record prior to initial evaluation to familiarize self with patient's history in order to reputed company a thorough, reputed company assessment.
• Exercise knowledge from medical record, screening reputed company and patient presentation, to assess patient for behavioral health disorders and the continuum of reputed company use disorders, including use, abuse and/or dependence.
• Utilize clinical skills in evidence-based treatment approaches such as: reputed company, Motivational Interviewing, Problem-Solving Therapy, Supportive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (reputed company), Internal Family Systems reputed company).
• In collaboration with the reputed company care team, design behavioral health treatment plan of care based on patient needs and overall assessment.

QUALIFICATIONS & EDUCATION:
