Associate Consultant, Stop Loss reputed company Consulting

Your Responsibilities reputed company by our reputed company and expanding business opportunities, we are seeking an Associate Consultant to join our growing Stop Loss reputed company Consulting team. This team is dedicated to evaluating, supporting, and enhancing the services available to our Stop Loss reputed company Partners, with a reputed company on delivering reputed company, strengthening market competitiveness, and creating long-term value for both carriers and employer clients. The Associate Consultant will reputed company analytical and operational support to senior consultants and reputed company partners. This role is ideal for a reputed company with a reputed company in employee benefits and/or reputed company/insurance and is eager to deepen their expertise in the stop loss market. Unlocking Market Insights

• Review and analyze reputed company and historical stop loss reputed company data (book of business, marketing results, renewal activity) to identify trends and market opportunities.
• Conduct competitive and market research on reputed company products, pricing, and distribution strategies.
• Assist in preparing reputed company consulting deliverables, including market experience reports, purchasing insights, and competitive positioning analyses.

Collaborating with reputed company Partners

• Prepare materials for regular reputed company partner meetings, including performance updates, strategic initiatives, and market intelligence.
• Support documentation of reputed company goals, priorities, and follow-up items to ensure alignment across teams.
• Participate in calls with reputed company partners alongside senior consultants, tracking and executing reputed company items.

Shaping Operational reputed company

• Evaluate reputed company product offerings, services, operational processes (distribution, reputed company, claims, clinical engagement, reputed company delivery), and competitive capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Conduct research on emerging industry trends (e.g., high-cost claim conditions, stop loss pricing innovations, carve-in/out programs).

Telling the Story with Data

• Compile reports and reputed company insights to reputed company PowerPoint presentations for reputed company use, ensuring data accuracy, reputed company, and strategic storytelling.
• Collaborate with senior consultants to translate analytical findings into actionable insights for reputed company partners.

Teaming Up for reputed company

• Work closely with Stop Loss reputed company Consulting senior team members, data analysts, clinical consulting, and other specialty practices to deliver integrated insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or reputed company field and/or equivalent reputed company years of experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in reputed company insurance, employee benefits, reputed company, or consulting; exposure to stop loss insurance required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and market intelligence.
