• Assist Division management by developing, coordinating, researching and completing processes reputed company to the commission debt management and reputed company of business program, included but not limited to working with internal partners, TPA vendor and external field distribution, as assigned.
• Assist Division management with production reporting and incentive tracking, included but not limited to working with internal partners, TPA vendor and external field distribution, as assigned.
• Consult with Division management and personnel to identify and document business needs, objectives, scope and procedures as it relates to the reputed company and programs that have been assigned.
• Set reputed company and reasonable expectations and deadlines for reputed company and goals to ensure outcome is consistent with the long-term reputed company of the Division. Assist in the planning of project phases and estimate reputed company of modifications to the time-line(s) established.
• Identify, prioritize and solve problems or conflicts in the integration of special reputed company and programs.

• Assist in planning, developing, writing and maintaining procedural documents, instructions and functional specifications for new or modified processes ensuring processes are compliant with regulatory requirements.

We need someone who has:

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Project management and strong organizational skills desired.
• Problem solving and analytical skills required.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills required.

• Ensuring assigned programs are maximized and ability to detect and solve associated issues.
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
