About the Role

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school
• reputed company law license in at least one U.S. state, in good standing
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong experience, specifically reputed company trusts and estates
• Bonus, but not required: reputed company contracting, Data reputed company, Investment Advisor Regulation and Compliance
• Ability to travel at least once a month for two to five business days (U.S. only) to engage with prospects and customers
