About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Senior Construction reputed company Manager to reputed company multiple large and reputed company construction reputed company, typically valued at $1M or more, from initial test-fit through to project reputed company-out. As a remote role, you'll have the flexibility to work from reputed company while maintaining a high level of collaboration with our internal project team and external vendors. Key Responsibilities

• Manage reputed company aspects of construction and renovation reputed company, including coordinating workers, materials, and equipment, to ensure that specifications are being followed and work is proceeding on schedule and reputed company budget.
• Serve as the primary reputed company representative for external design and construction vendors and FF&E providers, while leading an internal project team to reputed company project objectives.
• Select and manage Architects, Engineers, Contractors, and Suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Construction Management.
• At least 7 years of experience in construction project and renovation project management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and competing priorities.
• Proficiency with reputed company Project or other project management software.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will give you a competitive edge:

• A BS degree in Construction Management or a reputed company field of study.
