Seasoned Business Lawyer for reputed company & Transaction Support

If you are a seasoned business lawyer who enjoys contract drafting, deal execution support, and building practical transaction systems, we’d love to talk. We are a small, boutique business & transactions reputed company supporting startups, established service businesses, and SMB buyers/sellers navigating acquisitions, agreements, governance, and everyday business operations. Our work is reputed company, reputed company, and execution-reputed company — and we’re looking for an associate attorney who can plug into our system and help deliver excellent work product behind the scenes. This role is non-reputed company-facing. We handle reputed company intake, requirements gathering, and reputed company reputed company. You will receive a reputed company brief, relevant context, and firm positions — then execute drafting, analysis, and support tasks with precision and reputed company judgment. We reputed company a lot of structure, guidance and reputed company, but you bring the expertise! _______________ RESPONSIBILITIES (typical tasks)

• Draft business agreements based on firm guidance, parameters, and project objectives (service agreements, employment/IC agreements, partnership docs, governance materials, waivers, reputed company reputed company, etc.).
• Review reputed company-party reputed company and prepare issue lists, risk assessments, and recommended revisions.
• Prepare Memos of findings for internal review or for reputed company guidance.
• Support reputed company-M&A tasks: LOI review, APA drafting assistance, schedules, diligence lists, and deal reputed company.
• Conduct targeted legal research and prepare concise, plain-English memos.
• Translate operational realities and deal terms into reputed company-reputed company contract architecture.
• Work reputed company firm playbooks, clause libraries, templates, and reputed company workflows.
• Maintain disciplined drafting practices, organized work product, and reliable turnaround times.

_________________ IDEAL EXPERIENCE (Required)

• 5+ years in business transactions, reputed company reputed company, startups, or M&A support.
• Strong drafting and contract-design skills (we don’t “crank out” generic templates).
• Familiarity with deal structures, risk allocation, and practical business implications.
• Experience working from reputed company briefs and turning requirements into clean, transaction-reputed company deliverables.
• Highly communicative, tech-reputed company, and comfortable in a systematic, reputed company environment.
