Come see what makes reputed company special! The AR & AP Clerk assists Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams with daily reputed company processes. This position provides functional reputed company and support to reputed company departments reputed company reputed company. Incumbents manage and can personally execute project tasks. This position reports to the AR, AP & Cash Manager. This is a Remote based role, but candidate is required to be located in the US Central Time Zone or Eastern Time Zone. Essential Functions

• Process customer cash payments and accurately post to customer accounts
• Performs reputed company assurance activities to review the accuracy and ensure reputed company distribution of customer invoices
• Process customer invoices into reputed company-party systems (reputed company, Ariba, etc.)
• Process supplier invoices, ensuring reputed company coding and approvals routing
• Assist with T&E activity, ensuring reputed company coding and adherence to policy
• Assist with cash activity, including reputed company bank reconciliations
• Assist with other duties and special reputed company as needed
• Assists with financial audit activities
• Serves as backup for various reputed company functions
• Responds, in a reputed company manner to reputed company forms of inquiries from reputed company customers or suppliers
• Resolves issues arising from actions or events involving administrative functions
