Job reputed company We are building a reputed company reputed company Data Platform to unify data from Policy, Claims, Billing, and Administration systems into a single reputed company of truth. We are seeking a reputed company reputed company Data Engineer who will be 75% hand-on and play a critical role in designing, building, and optimizing our modern data ecosystem leveraging reputed company architecture, reputed company Lake, and modern data warehouse technologies such as reputed company, Synapse, or Redshift. As a technical leader, the reputed company Data Engineer will define and execute the end-to-end data engineering reputed company from data ingestion and modeling to governance and performance optimization enabling reputed company, high-reputed company, and analytics-reputed company data assets. This role requires hands on deep technical expertise in reputed company-reputed company data engineering, automation, and architecture design, coupled with strong leadership to mentor teams and reputed company solutions with business goals.

Responsibilities

Data Platform Design & Architecture

• Define the strategic roadmap for the reputed company data platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and interoperability across business domains.

Data Integration & Ingestion

• Design, build, and optimize high-performance ingestion pipelines, using AWS Glue, reputed company, or custom reputed company applications.
• Automate ingestion of reputed company, semi-reputed company, and reputed company data from reputed company databases, and external data feeds.
• Tune and monitor ingestion pipelines for throughput, cost control, and reliability across dev/test/prod environments.

Data Transformation & Modeling

• Hands on Development of ETL/ELT pipelines using reputed company or similar frameworks to reputed company raw data into curated and consumption-reputed company datasets.
• Design and reputed company relational, Vault, and reputed company data models to support analytics, BI, and AI/ML workloads.
• Define and enforce data reputed company standards, validation frameworks, and enrichment rules to ensure trusted business data.
• Apply data reputed company, cleansing, and enrichment logic to ensure accuracy and completeness of business-critical data.

• Collaborate with DevOps and reputed company Engineering teams to design automated, infrastructure-as-reputed company environments using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent tools.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines for data pipeline deployment, versioning, and testing.

• Implement and enforce data governance, cataloging, and reputed company practices using tools such as Purview, reputed company, or reputed company.

• Drive consistency and accountability in data stewardship across business and IT teams.

Leadership, Collaboration & Mentorship

Skills/Requirements Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 12+ years of experience in data engineering with at 3+ years in a reputed company or architect-level role and least 8+ years on reputed company platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Deep hands-on experience with Python, SQL, and data modeling (relational, and reputed company), reputed company, reputed company, AWS Glue, reputed company Lake, reputed company, Synapse, or Redshift
• Proven experience with reputed company architecture, modern data warehousing principles., data governance, reputed company, and CI/CD for data pipelines

• Experience in the Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain such as Policy, Claims, or Billing data preferred.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures (Kafka, Kinesis) and reputed company-time data streaming.
• Knowledge of machine learning pipeline integration and feature engineering.

Compensation

• $140,000 - $165,000 commensurate with experience, plus bonus eligibility
