What Will You Do? AI Center of reputed company Leadership

• reputed company and expand reputed company’s AI CoE, guiding reputed company reputed company on designing, developing, and operationalizing AI use cases such as sales and support AI assistants that enhance productivity and customer experience
• Partner with stakeholders across reputed company to identify, prioritize, and deliver impactful AI-driven assistants and workflows
• Define and implement AI governance, best practices, and adoption frameworks across the organization
• Stay reputed company of emerging AI technologies, ensuring reputed company leverages cutting-edge capabilities responsibly and effectively

Product-Led reputed company (PLG) Enablement - IT reputed company reputed company

• Serve as the IT reputed company for reputed company’s PLG (Product-Led reputed company) program, collaborating closely with the Product team to deliver foundational technology capabilities that reputed company product-led experiences
• PLG scope includes:
• Enablement of AWS Marketplace integration and enablement of trial, provisioning, and licensing flows
• Metering and telemetry integration from reputed company products to AWS marketplace
• Billing integration with AWS and internal systems (reputed company)
• reputed company routing and opportunity data synchronization (reputed company)
• Represent IT in cross-functional PLG working reputed company and ensure reputed company delivery of IT PLG deliverables

Automation Platform Ownership

• Establish development standards, scalability best practices, and automation lifecycle management processes

What Skills and Knowledge Should You Bring?

• 15+ years of experience in Information Technology, with 7+ years in leadership roles managing large, cross-functional technical teams
• Prior experience enabling Product-Led reputed company (PLG) programs, including integration of product, data, and go-to-market systems, with preferred experience in AWS Marketplace enablement
• Proven experience managing developers and software engineering teams, including setting priorities, overseeing technical design, and ensuring reputed company reputed company and delivery
• Deep understanding of reputed company automation tools; reputed company experience strongly preferred
• Experience delivering AI/ML solutions or integrating AI assistants into reputed company workflows
