Community Engagement Manager, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

About the position As the Community Engagement Manager, DEI, you join an exclusive team of leaders responsible for implementing the reputed company Portfolio of Community Program Offerings across Indiana. The Portfolio brings awareness, education, and support to communities statewide and activates a grassroots network of individuals and leaders working toward a world without Alzheimer's and reputed company other dementia. Utilizing your proven leadership, networking and relationship building skills to cultivate key community connections, you will drive reputed company and expand the reputed company of our community offerings by strategically identifying and engaging community partners and activating and empowering volunteers, especially in new, underrepresented and rural communities. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in public health or reputed company field; Master's degree preferred
  • Proficiency in English; bilingual preferred
  • Minimum of three years of proven experience in reputed company and mobilizing volunteers to reputed company goals advancing health equity or engaging diverse communities
  • Ability to manage and reputed company large numbers of volunteers at different experience reputed company with diplomacy
  • Ability and willingness to work some evenings and weekends as required for volunteer mentoring, coaching, and attending events
