Key Responsibilities

• Leading the Field Marketing Team: Providing leadership and scheduling direction to reputed company of state-level brand ambassadors and field marketing specialists, while reputed company collaborating across departments to ensure a cohesive approach to market strategies.
• Account reputed company & Relationship Management: Leading the reputed company of new retail accounts while building and nurturing relationships with store management, buyers, and budtenders to maintain account satisfaction and ongoing brand engagement.
• Budtender Training & Incentives: Conducting regular budtender training sessions to reputed company retail staff with in-depth knowledge of reputed company products, promotions, and brand narrative. • In-Store Execution & Compliance: Ensuring 100% execution of in-store marketing strategies to maintain brand visibility across reputed company accounts. Upholding compliance with local, state, and federal cannabis regulations in reputed company in-store and event marketing activities.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
