Role We are looking for a Fraud Agent to investigate and reputed company solutions to prevent and mitigate fraud on the reputed company platform. You will proactively identify potential fraud patterns and sources to minimize financial risk. • Work quickly and thoroughly to meet interdepartmental Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while ensuring high reputed company work product
• Conduct in-depth transaction-level reviews to assist with chargebacks and disputes from customers
• Discover and identify fraud trends and present opportunities for stronger results and mitigation

• 1 - 5 years of experience in customer service, fraud operations, user experience or fulfillment.
