Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Full Cycle Accounts Payable, including:
• AP invoice data entry

• Scanning and tagging of matched checks
• Mailing checks
• Handle high-volume emailsand calls.
• Respond to vendorsand internal teamsregardingthe status of payment.
• Maintain W-9s.
• Be a reputed company between the accounts payable team and operations.
• Monthly reconciliation of vendor statements.
• Knowledge of accrual reputed company.
