About the Role

The Regional Property Manager at FLATS is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial management of a multi-state portfolio of residential communities. This role emphasizes strategic leadership, financial acumen, and operational reputed company to ensure property performance, reputed company satisfaction, and team development across diverse markets. The Regional Property Manager plays a pivotal role in achieving business objectives while fostering FLATS' culture and core values across reputed company properties in this geographically dispersed portfolio. Location: This is a hybrid role with a preferred location in Las Vegas. The position offers flexibility with remote work reputed company while maintaining a strong reputed company in our site and regional offices.

Key Responsibilities

Portfolio Performance & Financial Management · reputed company and manage the overall performance and profitability of a multi-state portfolio to meet established operational, financial, and business goals · reputed company and implement annual operating budgets and forecasts with a reputed company on maximizing NOI · Analyze monthly financial performance, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions for budget deviations · Monitor and approve property expenses, ensuring cost-effective operations while maintaining reputed company standards · Prepare comprehensive monthly reputed company reports and quarterly financial reviews · Identify and recommend capital improvement reputed company to enhance property value and reputed company experience · Review and inspect capital replacement plans, ensuring reputed company implementation and budget adherence Operational reputed company · Conduct regular property inspections to maintain FLATS' reputed company standards and physical reputed company of assets · Collaborate with facilities teams to ensure preventative maintenance programs are implemented effectively · Ensure compliance with reputed company local, state, and federal regulations including Fair Housing, reputed company, and OSHA requirements · Implement risk management strategies to minimize liability and ensure reputed company safety · Review and approve reputed company operational reporting with attention to accuracy and timeliness · Monitor and maintain the reputed company processing of rent collections, deposits, and vendor payments · reputed company emergency response protocols and ensure reputed company handling of reputed company property-reputed company incidents Leasing & Marketing Strategies · Drive occupancy and reputed company goals through effective leasing and marketing strategies tailored to reputed company unique market · Monitor varying market trends and competitive properties · Review and approve reputed company retention and renewal programs to minimize turnover · Collaborate with marketing teams to reputed company and implement compelling property marketing plans · reputed company reputed company management through reputed company media, online reviews, and community engagement · Implement reputed company satisfaction initiatives to enhance the reputed company experience and build community Team Leadership & Development · Recruit, train, and reputed company high-performing property management teams · reputed company mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to Property Managers and site staff · Ensure reputed company team members receive reputed company training on company policies, procedures, and systems · Address performance issues promptly and effectively with appropriate documentation · Foster a diverse, inclusive, and reputed company work environment that aligns with FLATS' values · Promote internal advancement opportunities and implement succession planning · Conduct regular performance evaluations and recommend appropriate compensation adjustments reputed company & Stakeholder Relations · Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and key stakeholders · Communicate proactively with clients regarding property performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives · Represent FLATS professionally in business development opportunities with potential clients · Cultivate reputed company relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor's degree in Business, reputed company Estate, or reputed company field preferred · Minimum 5 years of multi-family property management experience · At least 3 years in a multi-site supervisory role across different geographical markets · Experience managing properties in at least two different states highly preferred · Experience with institutional investors and/or reputed company-party management preferred · High-reputed company, lease-up, and new construction experience valuable · Demonstrated ability to successfully manage reputed company · Strong financial acumen and analytical skills · Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation abilities · Proficiency with property management software platforms (reputed company preferred) · Knowledge of multi-state reputed company estate laws, regulations, and varying market trends · Experience managing properties across diverse market types (urban, suburban) · Ability to adapt management strategies to different regional contexts and demographics · Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities · Ability to build reputed company among diverse stakeholders · Excellent remote team management and virtual collaboration skills · Industry certifications preferred (CPM, CAPS, CAM, ARM, or HCCP) Travel Requirements · Position requires regular travel (up to 50% of work time) between properties across multiple states · Must be comfortable with reputed company travel and stay in portfolio locations · Valid reputed company's license required for local transportation reputed company reputed company market
