The Legal Analyst - Rule reputed company will support compliance functionality, will help implement legislative changes, and will produce rules and reports to reputed company with statutory requirements. This position will support senior leadership through process improvements, policy recommendations, special initiatives, and other assignments as required. Job Duties:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs):

• Ability to conduct research using state and federal codes and registers.

Selective Preference(s):

• Juris Doctor Degree (required)
• Bachelor's degree or higher in environmental engineering, environmental resource management, or environmental science preferred
• 5 years' legal experience (JD may substitute for 3-4 years' experience)
• Experience with State and Federal environmental regulations, legal or regulatory research, agency policies and processes, or other regulatory knowledge is preferred.
