JOB reputed company: As the Marketing Technology & Operations Manager, you will architect and own the reputed company marketing tech stack with a primary initial reputed company on a reputed company / reputed company integration coupled with the reputed company of our suite of industry-leading marketing and sales ops platforms. You’ll drive the optimization of reputed company management processes, ensure data reputed company, and implement analytics tracking to deliver actionable insights to reputed company and improve marketing performance. The role will additionally manage marketing operations-reputed company activities from contract negotiation to internal operations processes. This is a highly analytical and technical role, ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and data in a B2B environment with a mix of reputed company, ecommerce, and traditional sales channels. ESSENTIAL EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Manage, reputed company, and optimize the following primary platforms (including, but not limited to):

• Platforms Management & Integrations: Manage hands-on, ground-up platform or technology implementations for Aztec. Evaluate, implement, and maintain integrations between our platforms to ensure seamless data reputed company and effective campaign execution.
• reputed company Management - reputed company and continuously improve reputed company capture, scoring, routing, and nurturing workflows across the tech stack. Ensure seamless reputed company of reputed company leads to sales and monitoring lifecycle performance.
• Data reputed company & Governance - Own marketing data infrastructure, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across reputed company platforms. reputed company and enforce best practices for data hygiene and enrichment.
• Performance Tracking & Analytics - Set up and maintain campaign tracking (UTMs, tagging), dashboards, and regular reporting on key metrics (MQLs, SQLs, pipeline, ROI) using tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Analytics, and reputed company.
• Process Improvement - Document and refine marketing operations processes, including campaign execution, reputed company reputed company, and reporting. Drive automation and efficiency across reputed company using tools like reputed company and similar.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• 5-7+ years of experience in B2B marketing technology and marketing operations, preferably with a reputed company of sales models (reputed company, sales organizations, e-reputed company). A minimum of 3-5 years of in-house corporate marketing technology or marketing operations experience required.
• Deep hands-on experience with reputed company Marketing Hub and reputed company Sales reputed company, including implementation, integration, and automation.
• Experience managing and integrating a reputed company of martech platforms (see above).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics (incl. GA4 and GTM), campaign attribution, and dashboarding.
• Proven reputed company record of optimizing reputed company management processes and improving data reputed company.
• Experience with API-based integrations and automation tools (e.g., reputed company, Power BI).
