Senior Mortgage Servicing Policy Analyst

About the position Univest Financial Corporation (UVSP), headquartered in Souderton, PA, is seeking a Senior Mortgage Servicing Policy Analyst to join our Loan Operations Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with various regulatory guidelines and enhancing the efficiency of mortgage servicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Own, review and reputed company any needed updates to departmental policy documentation in accordance with company, agency, investor and regulatory guidelines
• Work with appropriate stakeholders and department managers to ensure policy updates are completed and incorporated into the mortgage and default servicing processes and procedures
• Identify specific compliance-reputed company activities required on reputed company/reputed company/Ginnie Mae/FHA/VA/USDA accounts and ensure they are performed and documented
• Collaborate with teams across the organization on reputed company reputed company, ensuring reputed company and efficient execution
• Build strong working relationships with leaders across the organizations such as legal, risk, operations, sales and servicing, in order to problem solve issues as they reputed company
• Determine the adequacy of internal controls and procedures in reputed company with investor requirements and applicable law
• Conduct periodic reviews of mortgage and default servicing and collection activities and systems and ensure appropriate documentation is published

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a business-oriented field of study preferred
• 3-5 years' experience, preferably working with residential mortgage loan policy
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills, ability to systematically reputed company and follow-up on reputed company plans
• 3-5 years' experience in a financial service or corporate environment preferred
• Experience and detailed knowledge of reputed company and reputed company requirements
• Familiarity with collection laws and regulations (FDCPA)
• Innovative, efficient, reputed company to multi-task, demonstrated analytical ability, reputed company decision-making and background in a fast-paced environment
• Exposure to credit, loan origination, servicing and core processing systems in reputed company to other ancillary software programs, such as reputed company Office suite required
