How you'll play: The Email Operations, Assistant Manager is responsible for coordinating and executing the deployment of Hanna’s retention programs, such as email and SMS. • Collaborate and manage the testing infrastructure to support the retention team’s quarterly testing roadmap
• Monitor email deliverability and work with IS teams and deliverability partners to resolve issues quickly
• Work cross-functionally with Creative, Customer Service, Development, Site, and Analytics teams for testing and execution of campaigns.
